Arthritis Body Conditioning

Deep Water Fitness group classes are held on:

​​

  • Tuesday

  • Thursday

  • Saturday

​

All classes are are 50 minutes in length and are at 9:00 a.m.  

​

Reservations are required.

 

Private Lessons are scheduled directly with Nancy.   â€‹

​

First Lesson:  $50

Follow-Up Lesson:  $40

Non-Davie Residents pay an annual fee of $10

Note:

*New clients are required to attend a clinic which includes registration & orientation

 

Class packages in increments of 4, 8, and 12 are valid for 4  months.  

Class credits are non-transferable.

Non-Davie residents pay an annual fee of $10

ABC Class is a great way to strengthen, tone and stretich. Activities of daily living are enhanced since full range of motion is emphasized.  The class will make you feel great following Arthritis Foundation guidelines.
